The Humanities is one of the five academic departments at Karinga Girls. The subject in this departments include History, Geography and CRE.
CRE subject is compulsory for all students up to Form 4. The other two subjects History and Geography are done by all the students up to Form 2 after which the students choose one of them or Physics.
The subjects in the departments continue to do well in the internal exam and also in KCSE hence the name booster subjects.
It is therefore important to encourage the students to do the subjects as they boost their grades as evident by the analyzed results for the three subjects in the last four years.
